New Year...New Me?

So this new year I promise not to be a slave to the scale. Exercise more and not worry about the numbers. ( I took the batteries out of the scale )

Bring my lunch to work more. No matter what I bring it still has to be less calories that a double cheeseburger! And of course saves money. Maybe I will have enough saved to get a new camera this time next year!

Be thankful for what I have and the loved ones I have. About a month ago, I was in such a rut that I neglected to see how fortunate I really am. Sometimes those are the things that get taken for granted.

Really concentrate on taking my photography skills to the next level. Not just dream about it but work at it.

Be a postive person. I want to be that person that makes her friends shine in the grimist of times.









Tidbits....

I stood in line at the pharmacy last night for 15 minutes while the lady looked for my perscription. I even called my hubby to verify he dropped it off at that store. ( he said he did ) The Pharmacist could not find it. I went home to look at the bottle that they did fill that day. Wrong STORE!!!!

The little cutie who is featured in todays picture threw the biggest fit ever yesterday morning!!! I couldn't get her dressed or ready for school. We ended up being 45 minutes late. It was unreal to me. I tried everything and was at my wits end! Oh...the life of a 3 year old.

A First....

Elaina had her 1st pro haircut. I know...I know...3 years old and hasn't had a cut yet? Poor girl, just hasn't needed one until now. And now its just to get things straightened out a bit. But we think it looks adorable!

Heres a little cutie! This LITTLE guy was born a month early and I am happy to say doing great. Hes already gained over a pound in 3 weeks. I think he is catching up!

I've had one of those weeks. Just been bad. You know the kind that you can't put your finger on just one thing. It just wasn't a good week. So I always have great intentions for the weekend. One of those intentions was to get some new pictures of my baby girl. So, she wakes up early this morning, I didn't sleep well last night, and we didn't get anything accomplished. Finally by late afternoon I figured we had to get out of the house. She was driving me nuts. And I was quite possibly driving her nuts. I was hoping to maybe put on a cute outfit and get a couple of pictures. She wasn't having changing her clothes and I wasn't in the mood to fight it. So we got in the car and drove to Nana's to watch them paint. (how bad it is when we found that entertaining?) While we we there I grabbed a few of her out on the deck. I was hoping to get a few of her cousin but he slept thru all the festivities.
